By using Built With Seyhan services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the service.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials confidential and activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account using the in-service account tools.
Health disclaimer
Workout, nutrition and other content is general information and is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability before starting a new program. You are responsible for adapting exercise to your own condition.
Coaching and programs
Coach-assigned programs are for your personal use. Results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.
Member content
You must have the necessary rights to content you upload. You may not submit unlawful, misleading, harassing, privacy-infringing or intellectual-property-infringing content. Submissions may be moderated before publication and unsuitable content may be removed.
Intellectual property
The Built With Seyhan brand, design, software and site-owned content may not be copied or commercially used without permission. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant the limited permission needed to display and moderate it within the service.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, abuse it with automated requests, access other users’ accounts or distribute malicious software. Access may be restricted or accounts closed in response to abuse.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
