This policy explains which personal data is processed when you use Built With Seyhan, why it is processed, and how you can manage your choices.
Controller and contact

Data we collect
• Account data: name, email, session and authentication information. • Workout data: programs, workout logs, sets, repetitions, duration and notes. • Community content: images, captions, display name and optional Instagram details you submit. • Contact and coaching requests: contact details, goals, experience and messages entered in forms. • E-book records: email, language, request source and, separately, your marketing consent. • Technical security data: a one-way IP digest, browser information and timestamps used to prevent abuse.
How we use data
We use data to operate your account and workout tracking, display coach-assigned programs, respond to requests, publish community content after moderation, deliver the e-book, send marketing communications when you explicitly consent, and protect the service from abuse.
Legal basis and your choices
Account and service data is processed to provide the service you request. Security records are kept for the legitimate interest of protecting the service. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate, optional consent. Marketing consent is not required to receive the PDF. You can withdraw consent through the link included in marketing emails.
Service providers
Data may be processed by the providers required to operate the service: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting and optional analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Google (when Google sign-in is selected). We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the relevant service, follow up requests and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account and download a copy of your data from the account tools on the Track page. Account deletion removes the linked profile, workouts, programs and community records. You may also contact us to request deletion of contact or email records.
Cookies, language and analytics
Essential cookies or local storage are used to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. Analytics loads only after you consent, and that choice is stored in your browser local storage.
Your rights
Under applicable KVKK or GDPR rules, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and where applicable receive a portable copy of your data. Send requests to contact@builtwithseyhan.com.

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current update date is shown at the top of the page.
